"This insurance company is not only a thieves but a complete joke. We've had them as our homeowners insurance since 2021. We filed a claim on our roof twice in 5 years do to severe roof leaking and damage. Each time we were denied for a new roof and told that only repairs and patches would be covered. After the first claim we were told we had to pay our deductible first, after second claim and they sent us a claim check for a little over 4k. When we didn't cash that check they canceled our policy. They gave no clear reason as to why they were canceling on us, other then we filed a claim for the same thing twice in 2022 and 2026. So, after years of them taking thousands of dollars from us and causing our house payment increase 3 separate times due to raising our insurance policy price they drop us. We definitely paid them more than 4k in five years and got cheated. Take my advice don't even waste your time they will steal from you then cancel when you ask for what you've been paying for protection and security and a so called safety in case of damage."
